After serving in the 1980's as Assistant Chief Clerk to George W. Ledford, Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee, Beverly F. Hawk later moved on to representation of the Trustee as outside counsel. Her experience also includes the representation of financial institutions, governmental agencies, and national retailers. Her practice includes representation of clients involved in commercial acquisitions, start-ups, franchises and business succession planning.
